Job Description

The main responsibilities include:
* Customer care through phone and email demands.
* Manage individual and group (accommodation) reservations.
* Use of reservation programs: Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.
* Follow up of any reservation no matter the shop channel making them all feel "spoiled".
* Revise all the reservations on the books to check their validity and details.

Qualifications

* Eligibility (Spain): Candidates must have the legal right to undertake an internship in Spain from the start date. No visa/work permit sponsorship available.
* Currently enrolled in a Hospitality School or a Business School.
* Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships.
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
* Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
* Eager to learn (no prior specialization required).
* Available for at least 6 months, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.
