Reception Intern

Description du poste:

This internship can be from 16th March to end of July (1 position available) or begining of June to end of October (1 position). The internship will end on the 30th October 2027.
All applicants must have a European passport or ID, otherwise their application will not be considered.

The tasks you will be learning are:

Check-in and Check-out,
General correspondence and communication in German, English - partly Spanish, via email and telephone, and face to face with guests,
Billing,
Closing cash accounts,
Concierge tasks,
Support of reservations department
