Join our team as an F&B Service trainee in beautiful Sotogrande, Spain! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow in the exciting world of food and beverage service. As a trainee, you'll have the opportunity to develop essential skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
* Assist in serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
* Learn and apply proper table setting techniques and dining room preparation
* Interact with guests, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive dining experience
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient order delivery
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations
* Familiarize yourself with menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings
* Assist in processing payments and operating point-of-sale systems
* Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge
* Support team members during peak hours and special events
* Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
