Job Description:

Account management (Sales development)
* Long tail account management
* Customer success processes and metrics
* Churn and account reactivation analysis and metrics
* Customer interaction/journey analysis
Customer service (Supply chain)
* Forecasting and demand planning
* Service Level metrics and processes
* Customer support, complain analysis and processes.
* Admin processes optimization
Team collaboration
* Collaboration on digital marketing plan and automation processes.
* Foster the use of local CRM and exploit all capabilities to its full potential

Qualifications:

* BA in Pharmacy, Veterinary, Food Chemistry, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing or in a related course of studies.
* Dynamic, independent person who wants to take on challenges in a company belonging to a multinational with opportunities.
* You have always wanted to put your theory into practice.
* Knowledge and previous experience with CRM Microsoft Dynamics and Tableau will be positively value.
* MBA candidate very focused on dealing with clients, ideal previous experience with clients, high analytical capacity
* You are hands-on, proactive, smart and above all creative.
* Excellent oral and written English and Spanish is a must.
