The LUXE (Lenovo UX Exploration) internship program is an immersive UX design experience that introduces interns to Lenovo's end-to-end product design process through the Double Diamond framework: Discover, Define, Design, and Deliver. Interns work on real projects alongside experienced UX designers, researchers, and product partners, with a strong emphasis on inclusive design, accessibility, and research-driven decision making.
As a UX Design Intern, You Will
* Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and help define meaningful design problems.
* Translate research findings into concepts, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
* Apply Lenovo's design system and inclusive design principles throughout the design process.
* Participate in usability testing, accessibility reviews, and iterative refinement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners across UX design, research, engineering, and product management.
What You'll Gain

What We're Looking For
* Foundational knowledge of UX or product design methods.
* Experience with or willingness to learn Figma.
* Strong curiosity about user needs, accessibility, and inclusive design.
* Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate in a team environment.
