About Global Payment The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. The Payment Network team in Global Payment ensures a secure, professional and efficient overseas payment solution, helping businesses to unblock payment channels and effectively assisting overseas business and product expansion. This includes tasks such as building general service capabilities, payment instruction orchestration engine, etc. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Payment Strategy Development: Support regional strategy leads to developing comprehensive and forward-thinking payment strategies aligned with overall business objectives and growth goals. - Market Research & Analysis: Analyze industry trends and gather market and sector insights to stay updated on developments in the ecommerce and payments industry, market changes, and emerging technologies. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration. - Project Management: Support the successful execution of payment-related initiatives, ensuring timely project delivery

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a MBA, with a background in business administration, finance, or related fields preferred. - Understanding of payment industry trends and emerging technologies; prior internship experience in investment, consulting, accounting, or finance is a plus. - Strong analytical and Excel skills, with experience in strategic research, data modeling, and business valuation. - Analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights and strategies, and proficient in interpreting financial statements. - Project management experience, with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; ability to adapt to cross-timezone collaboration in a challenging and flexible work setting. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in market research is a plus
