Job Description Summary
We are looking for a summer intern (trainee) in our Materials Team to support us with purchasing activities. As a Summer Intern - Materials Specialist, you are responsible for purchasing, on time deliver (OTD) of the incoming materials and inventory value / turns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

* Material purchasing and orders monitoring
* Purchase orders rescheduling
* Ensure material availability
* Expedite and escalate part shortages
* Communication with suppliers (external and internal)

Qualifications and experience

* Bachelor's or Master's student in the field of Logistics or Economics
* Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English
* Computer proficiency (MS-Office)

Desirable skills

* Oracle knowledge and experience (ERP system knowhow)
* Ability to support development tasks
