Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:
The Testing and Test Automation Intern will primarily be responsible for carrying out test engineering activities for products. Responsibility includes preparing and executing test cases.

In this role you will:

* Create, maintain, and execute manual tests for different medical device connectivity solutions (for example ventilators, patient monitors, anesthesia machines) - You can learn about the practical functionality of clinical parameters and devices.
* Design, implement, review, and execute automated test cases using Robot Framework.
* Prepare test setups required for test execution.
* Investigate and report out potential defects in software products and systems.
* Work as an active member of a collaborative and multi-disciplinary agile team.
* Interact seamlessly in a cross-functional, multi-cultural, and global environment.

Qualifications
* On-going studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related computer field
* Eager and quick learner.
* Persistent mindset is essential, not afraid to fail and learn from it.
* Proactive attitude to find your ways with complex tasks.
* Work well with teams and individuals across global environment.
* Self-starter - eager and quick to learn and experiment.
* Demonstrated engineering curiosity and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
* EU work permit.
* Legally authorized to work in Finland and willing to work in our Helsinki, Finland facility onsite full-time.

Desired Skills:
* Previous experience on testing medical products.
* Good communication skills.
* Motivation and interest in developing medical technology.
* Working experience with cross cultural teams.
