Department context
This internship is based at LVMH Headquarters in Paris and reports to the Group Human Resources Department, within the Culture & Initiative team.
The role sits within the Engage pillar, which brings together initiatives related to culture, collective engagement, intrapreneurship and HR-led transformation programs.
The role
As a Culture, Intrapreneurship & AI Engagement Intern, you will report to the Culture & Initiative Director and support the design and delivery of initiatives that foster innovation, collaboration and engagement across the Group.
You will contribute to projects at the intersection of culture, HR innovation, intrapreneurship and collective transformation.
Master's degree student (final year - Master 2) from a business school, Sciences Po, design school or equivalent university program. Curious, organized, rigorous and proactive, with a strong interest in culture, innovation, collective intelligence and transformation topics. Demonstrates solid project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contribute to the delivery of complex initiatives and events. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Interest in artificial intelligence and its impact on ways of working; prior exposure to AI-related topics is a plus. Fluent in French and English. Able to thrive in a demanding, international and fast-paced environment. Team player with strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality
