Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining our "Epargnant Relationship" team within Natixis Interépargne, for an internship of a duration of 4 to 6 months from January 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Process incoming calls from saving employees and study the calls (categories, volumes, distribution, reasons,...) ;
* Process KYC Savings;
* Analyze and make recommendations for improving the support of savers and optimizing the Customer Relationship; Make recommendations and conduct action plans. You will study the different solutions that could be implemented to optimize omnichannel (technical, organizational, digital solutions,...).
