Job Description

You are joining the IT Transversal team within IT CIB, which is looking for an intern for a internship of 6 months from July 2026.
The IT Transversal team ensures the management of architecture, application production, IT data and technological risks for all CIB businesses. Its mission is twofold: to accelerate the creation of business value by offering high-performance and pooled capabilities to the IT departments of the businesses, and to protect our information system through proactive risk management.
As an intern, you will be required to work on assignments in communication, events and knowledge management. You will also take part in other occasional assignments, depending on the team's current events and your preferences.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Collect news, produce content (in English and French) and animate IT TRV communication channels: SharePoint, Viva Engage, etc.
* Participate in IT CIB communication initiatives.
* Be proactive in the various means of communication in order to increase the visibility of IT TRV.
* Organize the logistics of IT TRV events in collaboration with the team assistant.
* Contribute to the production of event materials (town halls, seminars, etc.).
* Be proactive in collective events in order to unite the TRV IT team.
* Ensure the mapping of existing TRV document databases.
* Propose a target mechanism for document management, an essential mechanism notably in the dissemination of technological guidelines among CIB professions.
