Role Overview

As a Retail Assistant Intern at FRAME, you will support the Retail team at our Headquarters, contributing to the day-to-day operations of our retail network. Working closely with Retail Managers, Store Managers and cross-functional teams, you will help coordinate store activities, maintain operational excellence, and ensure our boutiques are equipped to deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury retail.

Requirements and Responsibilities

Retail Operations & Coordination
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Retail team.
* Coordinate and follow up with retail stores to ensure communication between Headquarters and boutiques.
* Support the optimization of retail processes and contribute to operational excellence across the store network.
* Prepare presentations, reports and retail support materials.
* Help monitor store compliance with operational guidelines and brand standards.
Communication & Team Support
* Assist in organizing conference calls and meetings with Store Managers.
* Prepare meeting agendas and follow up on action points.
* Support the communication and distribution of key business updates, operational guidelines, and retail initiatives to stores.
* Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient execution of retail projects.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
* Assist in monitoring retail KPIs, including sales performance and store productivity.
* Prepare and update weekly and monthly retail reports and dashboards.
* Maintain accurate retail databases and documentation.
* Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve retail performance and operational efficiency.
Team Collaboration
* Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and retail projects.
* Work closely with the Retail team to support new initiatives, store openings, and business priorities.
* Foster a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach across the retail network.

Profil recherché

Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail operations, retail administration, or a luxury retail environment is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support a collaborative team.
