Internship Role:
Join our leading Customer Service team in (COMPANY NAME) Greece as a Customer Service Intern (B2B) based in our Headquarters at Chalandri, Attica.

This is an internship position addressed to active university students eligible for an ESPA agreement or university/college students eligible for a university internship contract.

As a respected Customer Service Intern, use your high energy and social skills to partner with our customers to help them achieve maximum benefit from (COMPANY NAME)'s products. As a team, we strive to exceed our objectives to help drive greater customer satisfaction.

What you will do:
* Place & processes orders in SAP system
* Monitor order status, handle customer requests, calls and inquiries.
* Contribute to team KPIs and ensure compliance with external & internal auditing requirements
* Support the team in day-to-day customer service activities
* Provide overall reliable customer service in area of responsibility
