YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Participate in a 6-month internship program designed to provide practical exposure to IKEA Food and related business functions.
* Support daily store and office operations while learning how IKEA delivers a great customer and food experience.
* Gain hands-on exposure across functions such as Food, Commercial, and Operations based on business requirements and your interests.
* Collaborate with co-workers and leaders to understand operational processes, customer interactions, and ways of working at IKEA.
* Take ownership of an assigned project aligned to your strengths, learning goals, and business needs.
* Contribute ideas and support initiatives that improve operational efficiency, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn throughout the internship journey.
