Key Job Role
* Understanding the requirements from clients/stakeholders and proposing a business solution for the same
* Good with Analytical and Logical reasoning skills, should be able to interpret data and summarize findings
* Supporting the design and build of new dashboards with key KPIs like Market share, Evolution Index, Penetration rate etc with understanding business needs, product portfolio , pricing.
* Managing internal and external cross functional stakeholders to provide solution for different business problems
* Leveraging business acumen in identifying strategic alternatives to client questions
* Working in a team of like-minded professionals to create reports, presentations, workshops with client employees, management teams and other stakeholders
* Developing broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
* Working independently and as part of a team
* Attending, supporting and presenting at client meeting
* Have hands on working experience on Excel , PPT , Power BI and SQL
* Understanding of Pharma Industry and landscape will be an added advantage
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences /Technology /Statistics
* Master's Degree Life Sciences / Economics / Business /Statistics
