Introduction

A Quote to Cash Professional at IBM supports sellers / sales organisation as the sales execution engine. Their responsibilities include providing contract management support, and executing defined contract management and fulfilment processes in line with established process and ensure compliance.

Your role and responsibilities

Required technical and professional expertise

Key skills for this role include knowledge of IBM contracts, use of contract systems and tools, knowledge of Order to Cash (02C) process, communication, data analysis, client centricity, and a growth mindset.

Interns, will be exposed to various aspects of the Quote to Cash Operations team, learning about the processes, tools, and strategies used to support IBM's sales and client relationships. They might assist in tasks such as contract management, data analysis, and process improvement, under the guidance of experienced team members.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Interns will have an opportunity to see first-hand how Watsonx is in use by Q2C. The interns will have an opportunity to work closely with Q2C professionals on potential areas we can leverage watsonx. This requires working closely within Q2C by gathering the required data, and subsequently coordinating with the CIO team.
