Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment. The TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) Team focuses on building and optimizing management policies, tracking performance, and providing operational support to our agency partners. We play a key role in initiatives such as performance assessment, risk monitoring, and policy optimization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and sustainable growth for all partners. Responsibilities - Process data to generate weekly reports for strategic incentives and provide data-driven insights that support business strategy. - Maintain and update project dashboards and trackers related to policies, incentives, and other key initiatives to ensure accurate progress monitoring. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates to evaluate business outcomes and operational efficiency. - Support cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with internal teams, managing documentation, and streamlining administrative processes. - Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to data analysis, strategic planning, and operational support as needed. - Create visual communication materials such as posters and ensure platform resources are organized, updated, and easily accessible
Profil requis du candidat:
Minimum Qualifications -Must be able to commit to a minimum internship period of three months. -Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, or a related field. -Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data tools such as Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables). -Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and tracking. -Comfortable working with large datasets and supporting data-driven decision making. -Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment. -Fluency in English is required for effective cross-functional collaboration. Preferred Qualifications -Basic proficiency in SQL Language for data querying and analysis. -Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools for viewing and collaborating on visual assets. -Comfortable using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, research, and daily workflow. -A genuine interest in e-commerce, digital strategy, or the agency ecosystem is a strong plus.
