About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive intern to support our EMEA Headquarter FP&A Team, partnering with Senior Leadership on planning, reporting, and financial analysis. This operational role offers high exposure within a complex, international matrix organization.

Your Responsabilities will Be:

* Support on monthly/quarterly reporting activities with data report creation to support decisions
* Support in Headquarters Operating Expenses monthly reporting and planning
* Prepare templates and collect data to upload business data linked to budget forecasting and analysis of variances vs Plan/Forecast
* Work with AI and agents to prepare data
* Support Market Modelling exercise and consolidation
* Develop ad-hoc requests as per business needs

What Are We Looking For In You:

* Graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Economical Engineering
* Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (level B2 or higher)
* Strong Excel knowledge & Microsoft Office
* Experience working with AI (ChatGPT/CoPilot)
* Analytical and good knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts
* Collaborative and motivated, with strong communication skills 
* Proactivity and problem-solving approach
* Ability to work within a team in a matrix environment
* Good presentation skills
* Result oriented
