FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP
Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of F&B service: breakfast, à la carte, bar, room service, and banqueting. What you will learn:
Develop strong communication skills with guests from different cultural backgrounds.
Gain knowledge of food allergens, dietary restrictions, and how to advise guests with professionalism.
Learn the fundamentals of coffee-making, wine service, and cocktail preparation.
Strengthen teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
Daily tasks include: setting up dining rooms and buffets, serving meals according to standards, presenting menus and giving recommendations, answering guest questions on allergens, preparing Italian specialty coffees, assisting with cocktails and wine pairing, managing guest interactions, supporting storage and supplies, and collaborating with the entire F&B team
