JTI Talent Internship - People & Culture Track (P&C)

Start your P&C journey with the JTI Talent Internship - People & Culture Track at JT International Trading Sdn. Bhd. This internship is more than just administrative support-it's an opportunity to become part of a collaborative P&C team, contributing to core P&C operations, employee experience initiatives, talent development, and employer branding efforts that make a real impact across the organisation.

As a JTI Talent Intern in People & Culture, you will gain end-to-end exposure to core P&C functions while building practical, future-ready skills by:

* Supporting P&C operations and administrative processes, including system setup, e-filing, and employee records management, while assisting with P&C documentation, HRDC submissions, and policy updates to ensure accuracy and efficiency

* Assisting in recruitment coordination and onboarding activities, helping to deliver a smooth, positive, and engaging new joiner experience

* Participating in learning initiatives, talent programmes, and development activities, including coordination of workshops and internal development programmes

* Contributing to employee engagement and internal communication efforts, helping to organise activities, prepare communication materials, and enhance workplace culture and employee experience

* Gaining exposure to rewards and broader P&C-related projects, providing coordination support while developing a well-rounded understanding of P&C practices, policies, and processes

Requirements:

* Malaysian citizen who is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at a recognised university or college

* Available to commit to the internship for at least 4 months (16 weeks)

* Studying Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, Organisational Development or any related discipline

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken

* Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and able to engage stakeholders professionally while supporting employee-related initiatives

* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
