Marketing Intern (User Growth) - Monee

Description du poste:

* Support the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, brand partnerships, and on-ground marketing activations
* Coordinate with vendors, event organisers, promoters, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
* Support event logistics and operations, including venue arrangements, booth setup, equipment, transportation, and other on-ground requirements
* Provide on-site support during events, including setup, coordination, execution, and troubleshooting
* Support the execution of marketing campaigns and event-related activities, including marketing materials and social media content
* Conduct market and consumer research, including on-ground research, to identify insights and opportunities to better engage target audiences
* Support KOL/influencer initiatives, including research, content review, and coordination
* Support data collection and analysis, leveraging AI and other relevant tools to generate insights and improve marketing effectiveness
* Develop and support event guides, briefs, marketing materials, and other executional materials as required
* Perform ad-hoc tasks and support different marketing projects as required

Profil requis du candidat:

* Undergraduate or fresh graduate who has completed coursework and is fulfilling internship requirements. Opportunities for full-time conversion are available
* Strong interest in marketing, particularly events, campaigns and consumer engagement
* Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working with different people and in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Curious, willing to learn and open to using new tools and technologies, including AI
* Good understanding of Malaysian youth culture and social media trends
* Prior experience in organising events, projects, or activities is a plus
* Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
