The Korean Speaking Front Office Trainee will support daily hotel operations while gaining practical experience in hospitality. The role focuses on assisting Korean-speaking guests, enhancing guest satisfaction, and learning operational standards in a luxury hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in daily operational tasks within the assigned department.
* Provide support to Korean-speaking guests by offering translation and personalized assistance.
* Ensure a warm welcome and professional interaction with guests at all times.
* Learn and apply the hotel's service standards and procedures.
* Support guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
* Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning activities.
* Assist in administrative duties and reporting as required.
* Maintain grooming, discipline, and professionalism in line with hotel standards.
Learning Objectives
* Gain hands-on experience in luxury hospitality operations.

* Korean nationality or fluent in Korean language (spoken and written).
* Good command of English essential.
* Currently studying or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management or related field.
* Passion for hospitality and guest service.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Professional grooming and positive attitude.
