What will you do? Coordinate and track all warranty-related activities, including registration, validation, claims processing, and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders. Act as the key point of contact for documentation and warranty status between project teams, customers, suppliers, and service teams. Support plant project managers in maintaining document control systems, version tracking, and centralized repositories. Monitor warranty claim trends and provide insights to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation. Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, procurement, service, and quality teams) to resolve warranty issues efficiently. Continuously identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, documentation workflows, and warranty management practices. What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
