Contact Center Data Intelligence Intern

Your role:
* As a Contact Center Data Intelligence Intern, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support decision-making and enhance the customer experience across our Contact Center operations.
* Your work will contribute to optimizing processes, improving productivity, and driving customer satisfaction.
* In addition, the intern will actively participate in continuous improvement projects within the Contact Center area, supporting initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and service quality. Strong Excel skills are essential for this role, and candidates should also have knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate to assist in building dashboards, automating workflows, and generating meaningful reports.
* Improvement and automation activities will be primarily focused on supporting the scheduling management of Field Service Engineers, contributing directly to planning activities and enabling process optimization across the operation.

You're the right fit if:
* You are pursuing a degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
* You have experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation, with proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI.
* Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
* You have strong skills in programming, workflow automation (Power Automate), and process mapping using flowcharts and logical frameworks.
* You have excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward solving complex problems.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
