Afstudeeropdracht- Levensmiddelentechnologie/Food Technology

Korte omschrijving opdracht:
The project is related to the production of Vital 1.5 is limited, related to fouling in the UHT (ultra-high-temperature sterilizer). Most of the batches are produced short (small batches), because of the maximal limit of differential temperature water-product. On the other hand, some batches show stable trends and could be produced longer.
This project concerns Department: RPB2, but for investigation, all upstream departments are included --> ingredients/processing. Short production on UHT cost downtime in production (OEE loss). Also, it might result in filler stops, which might lead to dried product on the filling nozzles. This is potentially difficult to clean and might result extra product flush and product loss (financial loss).

Project involves evaluation and investigation of special cause variation of PMC (process monitoring and control) trends of ultra-high-temperature sterilizer (UHT) of RPB2 line, in relation to fouling of Vital 1.5 and identification of the processing factors that differentiate stable and non-stable production.

Project doelen:
* Goal of this project is to identify processing factors that differentiate stable and non-stable production and proposal for solution to control variation of the Vital 1.5 production.
* The aim is reduction of process variation of the Vital 1.5 product and reduction of downtime and extra cleaning.
* Both reduction of downtime and reduction of cleaning/product loss might result in financial benefits for (COMPANY NAME) Zwolle.

De begeleider en coördinator bespreken met jou de voortgang en schakelen zo nodig met je opleidingsinstituut. Om je werk goed te doen krijg je toegang tot de systemen met een laptop van (COMPANY NAME) en zorgen wij voor een werkplek.

Stage lopen bij (COMPANY NAME) betekent ook dat jij onderdeel wordt van onze groep stagiaires. Wij stimuleren initiatieven om met de groep uitjes te organiseren. Plezier hebben is namelijk ook een belangrijk onderdeel van een stage bij (COMPANY NAME)! En tenslotte ontvang je een stagevergoeding van EUR 500,- (bruto per maand bij fulltime)
