Cartier Benelux & Nordics is looking for a Client Engagement Intern to join the Client team in Amsterdam. Within the Client team, and as part of the Commercial department, you will be supporting the CRM Project Manager with the coordination and execution of CRM initiatives and projects across the Maison's network in 7 countries (the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland).
Start Date: March 2026
Duration: 6 months
Please note that you must be enrolled in a university for the entire duration of the internship.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
* You will brief, follow up and ensure timely launch and creation of clienteling campaigns (1:1 and 1:many) in Salesforce, in line with the local activation plan and in collaboration with the regional team
* You will assist with database management and analysis tasks by using Looker
* You will work on a variety of weekly and monthly CRM reports to share with boutiques, office management and Client team
* You will support with CRM gifts, managing stock levels and overseeing shipments to boutiques and office teams, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and efficient management of resources
* You will share client communication assets (visuals and texts) with the boutiques' sales associates, watch partners and Client Relations Centre
* You will work closely with translation agencies to ensure high-quality client communication in all Benelux & Nordics languages
* You will support the Client team in designing / fine-tuning of slides and documents for project meetings and strategic presentations
REQUIRED SKILLS
* A team player with analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Previous experience with Salesforce / Looker / SAP is a plus
* Quick learner of new systems / IT software
* Highly organised and attentive to details
* Fluent in English
