Job Description

During the 12-month placement, you will become familiar with the typical tasks of a Content Marketing Associate and develop an understanding into the structure of a multinational organization. Throughout the internship you will also maintain daily contact with other departments based both in Breda, The Netherlands as well as in the United States and Germany.

Responsibilities:
* Content Creation & Optimization: Develop, execute, and continuously improve engaging visuals, videos, and written content for global marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and the Dremel website.
* Campaign Execution: Collaborate with global brand managers to align marketing strategies with regional needs, transforming brand strategy, trends, and user feedback into compelling storytelling.
* Influencer & UGC Coordination: Support influencer marketing campaigns and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives, including organizing content and maintaining creator relationship databases.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze content performance across various channels to inform future content strategy and improvements

Qualifications

You are our perfect candidate if you:
* Are studying in the field of Marketing, Business or similar field (you should be enrolled as a student during the whole internship period)
* Have a keen interest in end-user focused marketing
* Have an excellent work organization, eye for detail, prioritization skills and initiative
* Have strong communication skills, are a team player and a creative thinker
