About the job

Are you looking to support the development innovation for packaging based on latest research? Do you want to have the opportunity to influence the user experience when it comes to packaging of Danone's Specialized Nutrition (Milk & Formulas) products? As well as, creating high quality packaging, with a focus on environmental sustainability? During the internship you will be focusing on innovation that benefits our consumer and have them at the heart of our decisions, support the marketing pack strategy across new product development, research, communications, all with an emphasis on sustainability.

Your main tasks will be
* Supporting development innovation for packaging based on current and new research and consumer validation.
* Support pack transformation projects & prototype feedback to improve consumer experience & value creation, working closely with cross-functional team.
* Working on preparation Go to market strategy for innovation, for example, deployment of toolkits.
* Project manage design processes & artwork while working closely to design agencies.
* Responsible for packaging budget tracking.

You will join a busy team that manages many different priorities, so we are looking for someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively. Being a true team player is essential, and you are highly proactive, comfortable taking the lead, and confident in taking responsibility when needed. You work in a structured and timely manner, ensuring tasks are delivered with quality.

There are also some compulsory requirements
* Enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period;
* You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
* Ideally available to start in March/April 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
* You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
* You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week" descriptionHeader="
