The intern will be part of the OnTrend team, a trend-led short video program focused on helping sellers, brands, creators, and agencies turn trendy products and viral content opportunities into commerce growth. The team works at the intersection of content, creator strategy, seller growth, campaign operations, and platform discovery, building programs that make products easier to discover through short videos, livestreams, and trend-based selling formats. Within OnTrend, the intern will support TAP video agency operations, which focuses on connecting video agencies with sellers and brand partners to produce scalable, trend-relevant short video content. The team collaborates closely with internal stakeholders across seller operations, creator teams, campaign teams, brand/category teams, and external agency partners to drive content output, improve campaign execution, and translate platform trends into actionable video strategies. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. The OnTrend Video Operations Intern will support the day-to-day operations of OnTrend's video agency network, with a focus on coordinating agency-seller collaborations, tracking program performance, maintaining external-facing materials, and helping translate trends into actionable video briefs for brand partners. Through this internship, the intern will gain hands-on experience in creator commerce, video agency operations, campaign execution, seller-agency matching, performance tracking, and trend-led content strategy. They will learn how short video campaigns are planned, monitored, and optimized to drive business outcomes such as content output, seller participation, product exposure, and GMV growth. Agency-Seller Matching Operations - Facilitate and coordinate matching groups between TAP video agencies and sellers/brands, ensuring clear communication, proper documentation, and timely progress updates. 2. Performance Tracking and Analysis - Track overall TAP performance, including agency participation, seller coverage, video output, campaign progress, and other relevant metrics. - Provide summaries, insights, and progress analysis to help the team identify blockers, opportunities, and next steps. 3. External Document Maintenance - Maintain and update external-facing documents for agencies, including trackers, guidelines, campaign briefs, onboarding materials, FAQs, and other operational references. 4. Content Research & Viral Video Brief Development - Support the creation of viral video briefs for brand partners by identifying relevant trends, content angles, creator formats, hooks, and product storytelling opportunities. - Assist in researching trending videos, platform behaviors, creator formats, and category-specific content opportunities that can be adapted for sellers and brands. 5. Operational Coordination & Support - Help monitor timelines, follow-ups, submissions, and key deliverables across agencies, sellers, and internal stakeholders. - Support to help in any other general ad-hoc duties
Profil requis du candidat:
Minimum Qualifications 1. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Media, or any related field. 2. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple trackers, documents, and follow-ups. 3. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Good communication skills, especially in coordinating with different stakeholders. 5. Able to analyze basic data and turn weekly progress into clear summaries or insights. Preferred Qualification: 1. Familiarity with trends, viral video formats, creator content styles, and social media culture. 2. Comfortable spotting content opportunities and translating trends into brand-relevant video ideas. 3.
