Client Development Intern

Description du poste:

Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, clients, product goals, and all other aspects of service. Coordinates with the retail team and various vendors to establish needs for events or animations, and serves as the liaison to CD Manager throughout the planning process. Plans and facilitates F&B, logistics, gifting, and hospitality for all events, including guest lists, site visits, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decoration, and marketing materials Oversees client experiences from conception through post-event, managing on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown, ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout all phases Extracts data from different dashboards to support the needs of day-to-day business Identifies and remains fully informed on market trends Assists the Client Development Manager in preparing various weekly and monthly reports, as needed Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior Follows the company's policies and procedures
