The Platform Campaign Operations team is a dynamic group of creative minds, strategists, and marketing enthusiasts who are passionate about redefining the way people shop online. The team's core responsibility is to craft and execute campaign strategies that resonate with the Philippine market. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. In this role, you will develop and execute mega campaigns to drive platform growth and to establish the consumption mentality of platform users. Responsibilities - Full ownership and end-to-end management of Platform Campaign in-app resources (such as banners), ensuring they are set up according the design standards, compliance standards, are appealing to users, and are on-time. - Management of sub-campaign projects, coordinating with both internal and cross-functional teams to drive impactful results, owning operational work, insights-building, and project post-mortem. - Assist in data management, presentation, and simple analysis
Profil requis du candidat:
Minimum Qualifications - Showcased experience working in a team - Proficient in MS Excel - Good analytical thinker and comfortable with data crunching - Commit 5 days a week RTO in-office Preferred Qualifications - Strong communication and organizational skills - Must be eager to learn and enthusiastic - Experience working on data entry, reporting, or content management tasks from school projects and internships - Excellent attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines accurately and on-time - Basic knowledge in design software such as Figma - Proven agility and ownership in projects handled, especially proactive.
