Job Description

Summer Trainee is a short-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can get your first experience and learn from the best experts in this field. The internship usually lasts 3 months from July to September. People Business Services is responsible for employment lifecycle-related activities within HR such as employment, HR data maintenance, and payroll support. Our European team is responsible for more than 40 countries across Europe.As a Payroll Team, we are supporting (COMPANY NAME) Employees and People managers in Europe in different tool, process, and improvement-related matters as well as in different operational and transactional cases.

Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

* Provide professional payroll services to secure timely and accurate salary payment
* Support the administrative management of payroll files
* Manage workflow to ensure that all payroll transactions are processed in a timely and accurate way.
* Create and control payroll reports
* Support Customer-centric provision in payroll queries
* Archive/digitalize general documents

Required Skills

You should have:

* Active student status (for at least one year)
* Good English and Polish, both spoken and written
* Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Enthusiastic team player with a high level of motivation, self-organization, and a result- and quality-oriented approach to work
