R&D Ordering Support - Working Student (Wroclaw)

Position: R&D Ordering support - Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong for the next 12 months)
Location: Poland, Wroclaw
Date: 1.02.2026 /1.03.2026- 31.01.2027/28.02.2027 (possibility to prolong)
Education Recommendations: Logistics, Finance and similar
Global R&D Laboratories organization is looking for a R&D Ordering Working Student for the Laboratory Operations team in Wroclaw. You will work closely with a local Laboratory team and cooperate with the lab teams in other countries at 18 sites.

As part of our team, you will:
* Cooperate and conduct negotiations with budget planners and vendors
* Manage ordering related tools including deliveries confirmations and inventory tools
* Handle internal Nokia processes

Profil requis du candidat:

You have:
* Status of a student of Logistics, Finance, or equivalent education
* Open to work from Wroclaw (hybrid model)
* Very good communication in English (both written and spoken)
* Very good communication in Polish ( both written and spoken)
* Experience in logistics matters, coordination, and related financial aspects
* Ability to closely cooperate with external suppliers and subcontractors
It would be nice if you also had:
* Knowledge of ordering process principles
* MS Office skills
