Intern - AI Area (3 - months internship)

We are seeking a motivated and business-oriented AI Intern to support the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence solutions across the organization. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about AI from a strategic, operational, and change-management perspective rather than a purely technical development role.
The AI Business Intern will work closely with senior colleagues to accelerate AI adoption, improve AI literacy across teams, and serve as a key point of contact for internal AI-related resources and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support AI Adoption Across the Organization
* Assist in identifying business processes where AI tools can improve efficiency and outcomes
* Support change management initiatives related to AI implementation
* Gather feedback from departments on AI usage and adoption challenges
* Monitor and report on AI tool utilization across teams
* Assist in coordinating AI-related projects and internal initiatives
* Support documentation of AI strategies and internal best practices
* Continuously update training materials based on new tools and company needs
* Serve as a first-level contact for colleagues seeking information about available AI tools and materials

Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, Innovation, Data Science, or related field
* Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and its business applications
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
* Strong presentation and content-creation abilities
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Familiarity with common AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, analytics tools)
