This Position reports to:IS Service Owner Manage & Document

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support project management activities and coordinate incoming business requests. Each day, you will work with stakeholders to organize tasks, monitor progress, and ensure smooth delivery of projects and services using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.

About the Internship:

* Start date: 01.10.2026
* Work in a modern office in Kraków
* Hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home)
* We expect availability of 30 hours per week

Your responsibilities:

* Support the team in managing incoming requests from the business and coordinating tasks with relevant stakeholders
* Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to organize tasks, track progress and maintain documentation
* Support project management activities, including follow-ups, coordination and monitoring of ongoing tasks and systems
* Communicate with stakeholders and help ensure that requests and projects are delivered smoothly and on time

Requirements:

* 2nd or 3rd-year university student, preferably studying Project Management, IT or a technical/STEM-related field
* Good command of English (B2/C1)
* Strong organizational and communication skills with an interest in project management
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, follow up with stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met
* Knowledge of any IT technology or tools will be an advantage; experience with Jira or Confluence is a plus, but not required
