EY Talent Team is currently looking for a Talent Attraction and Acquisition Intern to join our team, for our Lisbon or Porto offices!

Your key responsibilities:
* Being part of a diverse variety of recruitment missions;
* Identifying, attracting and communicating with talented people;
* Helping create and provide innovative sourcing strategies;
* Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with talent to generate and improve recruitment pipeline.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
* You are in the final year of bachelor or master's degree in the field of Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related areas;
* Interest in the areas of recruitment and employer branding;
* Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese;
* Thriving in a multinational environment;
* Experience in IT Tools, such as Excel and Word.
