About UNIKA
UNIKA is a dynamic Design and Marketing studio based in Lisbon, known for its innovative approach to creative strategies. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social media and art direction, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and curate content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
* Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement
* Create compelling copy and engaging content across platforms
* Oversee blog management, including article writing, publications, collaborations, and PR efforts
* Monitor and analyze social media performance, producing reports with actionable insights
* Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content
* Manage and optimize Facebook and Google ads campaigns
* Content creation & instagram planning
* Copywriting
* Team management

We are looking for a creative, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, the ability to be self-critical, and a positive, adaptable approach to feedback. You should be passionate about pitching ideas and creating content that resonates with clients while continuously seeking ways to drive UNIKA's growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Exceptional taste and a sharp, critical eye for quality content
* Strong organizational skills and a perfectionist mindset
* Enthusiastic about learning, growing, and contributing to creative projects
* Ability to receive constructive feedback and apply it effectively
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Proficiency in SEO, WordPress, and Squarespace
* Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite) is a plus
