Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities
* Support process improvement and efficiency projects
* Help collect and analyze production data
* Participate in troubleshooting manufacturing issues
* Assist in maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards
* Support documentation of work instructions and standard operating procedures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean or 5S programs

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
* Ability to work in a hands-on industrial environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S principles
* Laboratory experience in manufacturing or operations
* Basic knowledge of production processes and quality systems
