Position Summary
Ensuring the assistance of the customer service department of Samsung Electronics Romania SRL, Bulgaria Branch (hereinafter "Samsung") through support activities in internal and external reports.
Role and Responsibilities
* Enters and registers contracts with partners and national and international authorities in Samsung records;
* Prepares reports requested by superiors;
* Responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the prepared documents;
* General support for the Customer Service department.

Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification - business or marketing field is considered an advantage;
* Communication & team-related skills;
* English language fluency: This enables you to easily collaborate with colleagues, partners and stakeholders;
* Problem solving mindset and analytical skills: you can execute with excellence on the most important things. You're able to identify new opportunities and overcome barriers;
* Strive for customer satisfaction;
* Excel knowledge & a knack for database administration;
* Word and Power Point geekiness;
* Project management knowledge could be a plus.
