The merger of Aviva Singapore and Singlife was announced in September 2020 and created one of the largest homegrown financial services companies in Singapore in a deal valued at S$3.2 billion. It was the largest insurance deal in Singapore at the time. Singlife was subsequently acquired by Sumitomo Life in March 2024, one of Japan's leading life insurers, which valued Singlife at S$4.6 billion, making the transaction one of the largest insurance deals in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

* Support the design and implementation of learning initiatives which includes but not limited to organising workshops and coordinating with training vendor
* Develop creative campaigns (incl. communication materials) to generate awareness and interest in learning initiatives
* Work on data-driven initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives
* Assist with the management of learning content on tech platforms (e.g. learning management systems

Requirements

* Undergraduate student in a business or social sciences related programme. Undergraduates in other disciplines with an interest in L&D are welcomed to apply.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Powerpoint, Forms and Excel), Canva, and other social learning and engagement applications
