We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026*. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Job Description 1. Being responsible for TikTok Local Services User Product, responsible for overall user experience for respective category domains and different user cases, providing tailored solutions to respective categories, contributing to improving User Experience and Content Supply. 2. Utilize data analysis, industry research, and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities, supporting the design and implementation of product solutions. 3. Help drive improvements in user acquisition, conversion rates, and customer retention by assisting with product planning and collaborating on operational initiatives. 4. Support understanding of the industry ecosystem, including creators, creator networks, and users, to help streamline product offerings, and build trust for better business growth

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in computer science, mathematics, or statistics or a related discipline preferred. - Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during 2026 - Solid understanding of product planning and strategy, with the ability to break down business problems into product solutions and proactively develop short, medium, and long-term plans for execution. - Strong data analysis skills to identify product challenges and propose actionable product solutions independently. - Good user empathy and business acumen, with the ability to understand project contexts and evaluate outcomes. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in product management, preferably with a background in content and livestream community, as well as international product experience. - Preferred experience in the user/transaction/platform product field.
