Successful candidates must be able to commit to the following Internships - From May to October, 2026 (Full time) Responsibilities 1. Assist in formulating and executing user growth strategies, including but not limited to acquisition, activation, and retention; participate in the design and execution of A/B tests, analyze results, and propose improvement plans; track market trends and industry developments to provide insights for product optimization and user growth. 2. Collect, organize, and analyze user behavior data; use data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for data processing and generate visualization reports to support operational decision-making; monitor key metrics (e.g., user retention, conversion rate, activity level), regularly produce analysis reports, and propose optimization suggestions. 3. Support cross-department communication and coordination, maintain and improve collaboration processes, and enhance efficiency in cross-functional cooperation. 4. Assist with other daily operational tasks within the department

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualification 1. Undergraduate or graduate students in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields. 2. Able to commit at least 4 full working days per week for a minimum of 4 months. 3. Proficient in Excel and skilled in data organization and analysis. 4. Strong communication, stress management, comprehension, and teamwork skills. 5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as a working language. 6. Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with a strong sense of ownership. Good-to have Qualification: 1. Familiarity with SQL for data processing and querying. 2. Previous internship or project experience in e-commerce, payments, or fintech. 3. Knowledge of growth or campaign optimization (A/B testing, conversion funnel analysis). 4. Ability to speak an additional SEA language (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay) is a plus
