Through large models, our team aims to address challenges in complex search scenarios, with technical achievements directly applied to TikTok's search functions to enhance user experience and support business growth. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Responsibilities - Participate in developing LLM technologies for diverse search scenarios, including pre-training strategies and efficient RLHF, to help improve relevance, recency, and other key aspects. - Contribute to utilizing MLLMs for visual representation learning and video understanding to strengthen search retrieval capabilities. - Engage in designing personalized ranking algorithms that understand user intent and deliver tailored search results

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications： - Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/Master in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical fields. - Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with experience in NLP, CV, or ML. - Solid programming skills and fundamental algorithm & data structure knowledge. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in Linux development environment and skilled in C++ and Python. Preferred Qualification: - Experience in large model algorithms and search algorithms.
