*Location: Fab10X
*Department: NVE Product Engineer, NAND Reliability
*Project Title: NAND Defectivity Dashboard
*Project Description: Set up NAND defect library for new generation NAND product with electrical, physical failure analysis and process understanding. Create a dashboard to track process improvements and screen/stress effectiveness of each fail mode.
*Project Scope: Deep dive into each failure mode mechanism and corresponding solution for both process and tests.
*Deliverable: Deliver visualize and traceable dashboard for all failure modes from new NAND product.
*Skillset Require: Understanding of NAND Flash Device Physics, and fundamental Semiconductor processing is an added advantage. Effective communication skills in written and spoken English. Self-motivation and enthusiasm
*Course of interests: Semiconductor physics. Semiconductor fabrication process
*Duration Period: 6 months
