As a Transformation Intern within Group Operations & Technology, you'll contribute to initiatives focused on intelligent document processing and achieving a paperless environment, helping to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

What You Do

You'll be directly involved in:

* Supporting the planning and execution of business transformation initiatives aimed at improving processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness.
* Assisting in mapping current processes and identifying areas for improvement through data collection and analysis.
* Preparing project user stories and test scripts/plans as required.
* Preparing data training and testing sets where needed.
* Collaborating with project teams to support change management activities, including communication plans and training materials.
* Helping track progress of transformation projects by maintaining project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
* Participating in workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder feedback and support solution design.
* Assisting in preparing presentations and reports to communicate transformation milestones and outcomes to internal teams.
* Supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and smooth adoption of transformation initiatives.

Who You Work With

Group Operations & Technology co-creates products and solutions, building the underlying technology applications and services and managing the Group's IT operations & cyber defence 24/7. This team is focused on end-to-end transaction fulfillment services, allowing customers to focus on growth.

Who You Are

* Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Possesses good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Eager to learn about business transformation methodologies and project management principles.
