Job Description

Join Becton Dickinson Holdings Pte. Ltd. as a Supply Chain Intern and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our global supply chain operations. This role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to process improvements, data analysis, and operational support within a leading medical technology company.

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist in the analysis of supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
* Support logistics and inventory management activities, including tracking shipments, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with forecasting.
* Participate in projects aimed at optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and distribution, to ensure seamless operations.
* Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance and project progress.
* Conduct research on supply chain best practices and emerging technologies.
* Support the implementation of new supply chain systems or tools.
* Perform administrative tasks as required to support the supply chain department.

Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive and eager to learn about complex supply chain operations.
* Prior internship experience in a supply chain or logistics role is a plus.
