Talent Acquisition Intern - SPX Express (Spring 2027)

Description du poste:

We're looking for a people-oriented and hands-on Talent Acquisition Intern who is excited to learn recruitment through real-world experience.
* Support recruitment for SPX Express roles, gaining exposure to the end-to-end hiring process
* Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels
* Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
* Support offer discussions, closure, and onboarding activities
* Maintain recruitment data and support hiring reports and pipeline tracking
* Identify opportunities to improve sourcing and recruitment processes

Profil requis du candidat:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
* Interested in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, and working with people
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable speaking with candidates from different backgrounds
* Proactive, organised, and willing to take ownership
* Positive attitude, eager to learn, and a good team player
* Prior background or experience in HR is advantageous
