Family Description

Project Management (PM) comprises project management for execution of cross-functional / geographical projects and programs from initiation to completion. Covers determination of project / program goals and support of business objectives and strategies. Ensures projects / programs achieve their targets, keep their schedule, and maintain estimated cost, time, and quality within planned scope. Covers management of risks that affect the delivery of project outcomes.

Subfamily Description

Project Management Office & Support (PMO) develops and ensures the implementation of (COMPANY NAME)'s project management methodology, processes, tools, improvement, and efficiency programs to ensure all internal and external customer project deliveries are made efficiently and with quality. Contains building of a more capable PM community by driving PM training and certifications across markets

Responsibilities

* Assists and supports project management in development and implementation of appropriate (COMPANY NAME) Project Management methodology, processes, tools, improvement, and efficiency programs to ensure all projects are delivered according to contractual terms.
* Supports appropriate (COMPANY NAME) project management processes and tools improvement by collecting requirements and initiating change requests.
* Supports Project Managers in ensuring all documentation and information required for the project has been set up, maintained and are available to the project team and the customer.
* Supports cost management by monitoring, reporting, analyzing and managing the project execution progress against time, milestones, cost-related performance indicators and invoicing schedule agreed in the customer contract.
* Supports Project Managers in ensuring proper project's resource handling set-up by providing necessary information for cost collection and tracking purpose.
* Contributes to gathering and communication best practice / lessons learned sharing within PM community.
* Supports Project Managers in ensuring project internal and external communication by (e.g. facilitating governance meetings, documenting, sharing minutes of the meetings).
* Creates reports using predefined templates and tools.
* Supports Customer Project Manager in project planning, implementation of the plan and project closure.
* Supports monitoring and providing required information related to the progress against contractual measures and engagement.
* Ensures that all tools have been set up, for Project Management Office (PMO) team and customer / internal project teams.
* Provides support to customer / internal projects in managing the data in project management-related tools.
* Facilitates and conducts necessary testing to contribute in development of new project management-related tools and processes.

Required Skills

* Recent degree or current enrollment in Business Management, IT, Management relevant
* Willingness to learn new skills, new knowledge.
* Strong in communications skills, in both writing and verbal communication.
* Positive & Active attitude in complimenting to (COMPANY NAME)'s Essential Practice of being, "Open, Empowered & Fearless"
