Business Product Management Intern - Cross Border eCommerce (Fall 2024/Spring 2025)

Description du poste:

* Facilitate the team in handling system requirements from the Cross Border Ecommerce department in multiple areas (business development, operations, business intelligence, marketing, payment, warehouse and logistics)
* Build up domain expertise to understand business requirements and identify strategic opportunities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and put them into business requirement documents (BRD)
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper product design for Cross Border business needs and conduct necessary testings
* Conduct data analysis and prioritise requirements accordingly
* Provide product solutions and support
* Manage feature rollout closely with business teams

Profil requis du candidat:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or other related technical field
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin to collaborate with stakeholders from across local markets
* Experience in system design / architecture or restful API design / implementation is preferred
* Able to manage multiple projects from end-to-end and timelines effectively
* Able to take ownership with a self-starter mindset
* Able to communicate business/technical information with stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner
* Full-time interns are preferred (6 months)
