What You Do

You'll be directly involved in:

* Supporting the Group Policy Manager in Group-wide policy management matters.
* Assisting with the organization and facilitation of policy management forums.
* Maintaining the policy inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Supporting the policy attestation process to confirm adherence to established guidelines.
* Contributing to policy writing initiatives, assisting with research and drafting of policy documents.
* Developing a high-level understanding of banking and risk management principles through practical experience.
* Networking with key stakeholders across the organization.
